The location is perfect - one block away from the Plaza de Armas, and around the corner from the best restaurant in town (Chicha, by Gaston Acurio). It's the only hotel with oxygen in the rooms, which is highly appreciated after a day around Cusco. The staff is very kind, always willing to help with everything. We hired the one-day tour to Machu Picchu through the hotel before our arrival, and it was just great, at the same or even lower prices than those offered by other agencies online. The restaurant is fantastic - not only the breakfast, but also every meal we had there. The chef Gonzalo is great, and he is kind enough to share his culinary secrets with people like us who are into cooking. We would definitely go back to this hotel.

Shower and jacuzzi in room are great
There was no pool or much leisure facilities and therefore for a five star hotel it is poor

I liked the most the kindness of the staff and their knowhow... I liked the breakfast, perfect! I also liked all the furniture especially the antique ones in the halls, and of course all the paintings. The front antique door is superb.
A major negative point, especially for me because unfortunately, I was sick a whole day and had to stay in bed, was that there was no WIFI in the rooms as described. We also found that the shower was not very comfortable...

This is a great boutique hotel. Great service and this hotel is all about details, details and details. Everything is nice and beautiful, from the doors, to the bathtub. We were upgraded to the suite which was a fantastic room. The hotel organized a driver to take us to several places and the driver was also very nice and helpful. Next door is the best restaurant in town (Chicha). Strongly recommended.

Thoroughly enjoyed elegant staff and spacious hotel.
The hotel was an incredible base for enjoying a great area, so close to the famous Plaza de Armas, Cuzco center and the Plaza de Armas, and the main square and St Pedro market. Our rooms were terrific and exceptional with the usual amenities and lotion, for instance. The location was great, so close to a minor basilica. The food was WELL PRESENTED, had a huge variety of options.
